The service

Smili is an online AI creative workspace offering supported chat, image generation and editing, video generation, voice tools, music and sound generation, presentations, and creative workflows. Services are digital only; no physical goods are supplied.

An account and available usage credits are required for generation. Features, available models, supported inputs and processing limits vary and may change. Access to every model or tool is not guaranteed.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials secure. Do not share passwords or verification codes with support. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, misuse accounts, interfere with the service, or access another person’s private data.

Permitted use and authorized content

Use the service lawfully and comply with applicable AI-provider restrictions. Only upload materials you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the necessary consent and rights before using another person’s face, likeness, voice or other personal information.

Consider third-party processing before submitting confidential or sensitive information. You must have authority to submit any such information.

• Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, harassment, malware or other illegal activities.
• Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, illegal sexual content or content intended for sexual gratification.
• Do not promote unlawful violence or infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
• Do not attempt to evade provider moderation or service restrictions.

AI output and rights

AI output may be inaccurate, biased, non-unique or unsuitable. Review it before relying on or publishing it. Output is not professional legal, medical or financial advice.

No guarantee is made of accuracy, exclusivity, copyright protection or non-infringement. Rights to inputs and outputs depend on applicable law, your rights in the materials, and relevant AI-provider terms. Do not assume every output is cleared for commercial use.

Availability and delivery

Provider limits, moderation, network issues or outages can delay or reject requests. Uninterrupted access and fixed generation times are not guaranteed. Completed results appear in the relevant workspace tool and can be downloaded where supported. See the Digital Service Delivery Policy for more information.

No paid offers at present

This website does not currently sell subscriptions or credit packs. No checkout or recurring billing is enabled. Creating an account is not a purchase and does not promise recurring free credits, paid-plan benefits, credit rollover or a particular credit-validity period.

Any future paid offering will need its price, currency, tax treatment, fulfillment, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions disclosed before purchase. Current information is not an offer to buy a future plan.

Content and account deletion

Settings provides controls for saved content and account deletion. Account deletion involves authentication, application records and owned stored media; some cleanup can remain pending and be retried. It does not guarantee immediate erasure across external providers. See the Privacy Policy.

Consumer rights and support
